Where are my files?
- Right after you pay, Gumroad opens your download page.
- Gumroad also emails a receipt with the same link. Search your inbox, including spam, for “Gumroad”.
- Your files stay in your Gumroad library at gumroad.com/library, so you can download them again on any device.
Which file do I open first?
Open 00-Start-Here.pdf. It points you to Steady-Ledger-Workbook.xlsx and walks you through your first 20 minutes. The fictional example workbook shows every tab filled in.
How do I open the workbook?
Apple Numbers (Mac, iPad, iPhone)
Open the file in Numbers, then keep using the Numbers copy. We tested the workbook in Numbers 14.4 on a Mac.
LibreOffice Calc
Open the file. Tested.
Microsoft Excel
Double-click the file. If a yellow bar says Protected View, choose Enable Editing. There are no macros. Built for Excel, not yet tested in it.
Google Sheets
In Google Drive choose New, then File upload, open the file, then File, Save as Google Sheets. Type rates with a % sign, like 3.5%. Built for Sheets, not yet tested in it.
Printing
The guide and printable pages are US Letter. On A4 paper, choose “Fit to page” in the print dialog. The workbook’s Money Map tab prints on one page.
